1. Using BizKipe

BizKipe provides browser-based tools for preparing invoices, quotations and business price lists. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legality and suitability of any document you create before sending it to another person.

2. Free tools

The free document generator is provided for general business use. Availability and features may change as the service is maintained.

3. Digital products

Product descriptions, prices and included files are shown on the website at checkout. Digital downloads are supplied electronically after payment is confirmed. Do not redistribute or resell any included asset unless its licence expressly permits it.

4. Payments

Where M-Pesa checkout is enabled, follow the official M-Pesa prompt on your phone. BizKipe will not ask you to share your M-Pesa PIN, password or one-time security code with a person. An order is not considered paid merely because a payment prompt was initiated.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create deceptive invoices, impersonate another business, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Keep your own copies of important documents and check calculations before relying on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizKipe is not responsible for indirect loss caused by errors in user-entered information or temporary unavailability.
